I’m Mayra Lucia, a guide for those seeking deeper connection and oneness—with the Earth, with community, and with themselves.
My work is rooted in spiritual ecology, weaving together land-based wisdom, personal transformation, and collective care. Through intentional gatherings, regenerative land practices, and seasonal teachings, I help others return to a more harmonious relationship with the natural world.
At the heart of this work is a practice I call Spiritual Composting—a process of honoring what is ready to be released and transforming it into nourishment for new growth. It’s a path of renewal, inspired by the Earth’s cycles and wisdom.
With formal training in restoration ecology and horticulture, combined with experience in holistic healing and body-centered practices, I bring a grounded yet compassionate presence to every space I hold. Alongside over two decades of storytelling as an actor and filmmaker, and championing the voices of women, I create experiences that invite reflection, reconnection, and rooted transformation.
Whether I'm guiding a Sisterhood Circle, consulting on land stewardship, or leading a nature-based class, I cultivate environments that nurture growth—of land, spirit, and community.
If you live in the Texas Hill Country, you’re already surrounded by medicine—sunlight, wind, limestone, cedar. I offer community gatherings, private sessions, and guided walks to help you attune to the land and live in rhythm with its cycles.

Bloom Where You are Planted...
Yes, it sounds cliche! However, consider that the most incredible beauty comes from fully accepting our life situations and only THEN going about the business of taking action, not from a place of control, but of surrender.
The plant that grows in shade doesn't wait for optimal conditions, it grows taller than all the others as it stretches towards the light so it can bloom.
The tree planted too near to a house or another tree doesn't bemoan its fate because of insurmountable obstacles, it curves its trunk and branches until it senses the sunlight. In doing so, it creates a unique and graceful shape that stops us in our tracks to admire the beauty.
The bonsai that would otherwise grow 80 feet tall and wide is prized for its deliberate and artful growth despite confined spaces and extraordinary challenges.
If we harness all of the energy we expend being in resistance to what we "don't like," and use it instead to fill ourselves up and shine our brightest, anyway, what tremendous forces of nature we would become.

Someone somewhere (myself included), will always tell you there are better times than others to sow seeds—whether they’re wildflowers or intentions.
But when we quiet our minds and listen to our intuition, we often feel when the moment is right for us.
Acting on inspiration as it arises brings us deeper into alignment with the quiet messages the universe is always offering. It sharpens our intuition. You do your part by trusting your inner wisdom—and allowing nature to do hers, in her own time.
